In an interview with Film Companion, Aditya Roy Kapur spoke about completing 15 years in the industry, the actor is currently busy promoting his upcoming streaming series, The Night Manager along with Anil Kapoor and Sobhita Dhulipala in the lead.
During the conversation with Anupama Chopra, Kapur, who will next be seen in Gumraah, said, “It's been a while, people are calling me sir , i was the kid on set.” The actor also shared about his experience working on his debut streaming series, he said, “It definitely was challenging, but in think it really helped by great writing, subject matter was so good and it was so well sieved out, when the writing is good you don't feel like you have any much to do, you just play it. And I didn't feel like I had to struggle, it was all there on the page and yeah the challenge was this is my first series, and the quantum of work is a lot more.”
The Night Manager, the official Hindi remake of the British show of the same name, is directed by Sandeep Modi and will be streaming on Disney+Hotstar from February 17 onwards.
