The trailer of SJ Suryah’s Bommai begins on an interesting note. "Enaku atha thara mudiyuma (can you give me this?),” Raju (SJ Suryah) asks, pointing at the mannequin kept in the cloth store. He begins to imagine the doll as a real person and Priya Bhavani Shankar plays Nandhini, the live version of the doll. While we see him fight many people to protect Nandhini, a psychologist tells us that everyone has a fantasy world and we know the limits that tag along. However, Raju has crossed all those limits. Is Nandhini a real person or a fragment of Raju’s imagination?
With its gripping plot and in-and-out cuts, the trailer of Bommai engages the audience. The trailer was launched by director Venkat Prabhu. The film is set to hit the theatres on June 16. Directed by Radhamohan of Mozhi (2007), Abhiyum Naanum (2008), and Kaatrin Mozhi (2018) fame, the film has music by Yuvan Shankar Raja.
