The makers of director Boyapati Sreenu's next, starring Ram Pothineni, as the lead, unveiled the film's first glimpse on Monday, on the occasion of the actor's birthday. The 1-minute-long promo, filled with all the elements one expects from a Boyapati Sreenu film, promises an out-and-out action entertainer on the lines of the filmmaker's previous hits like Legend (2014), Sarrainodu (2016) and Akhanda (2021).
The film, tentatively titled Boypati RaPo, marks the first collaboration between the actor and the director. Sreeleela, who plays the female lead in the film, makes a brief appearance in the promo, appearing astonished after seeing something in what looks like a college setting. Ram, who sports an unkempt, brutish look is seen indulging in action sequences that, in true-blue Boyapati Sreenu tradition, make the opponents fly in the air. Thaman S, who scored music for Sarrainodu and Akhanda, once again team up with the filmmaker.
The film's crew includes cinematographer Santosh Detake and editor Tammiraju while Stun Shiva choreographs the action sequences. Produced by Srinivasaa Chitturi through Srinivasaa Silver Screen, the film is set to hit the screens in October this year.
