Biju Menon and Suraj Venjaramoodu will be starring in the lead roles in the upcoming comedy Nadanna Sambavam. The film will feature Menon as a middle-aged man beloved by the ladies in his neighbourhood, who are despised by their husbands for the same reason. The recently released teaser introduces us to his wife, who proudly proclaims her husband's good qualities to her friends, which is intercut by the viewpoint of the husbands in the neighbourhood, who have had enough of the hero’s increasing influence over their wives. The film is a satire that pokes fun at how society is conditioned to accept people at face value, for their fake put-on behaviour in public.
The film also features Sruthi Ramachandran, Lijomol Jose, Sudhy Koppa and Johny Antony. The film is directed by Vishnu Narayanan, who previously helmed the successful Tovino Thomas’ Maradona (2018). Nadanna Sambavam is scripted by Rajesh Gopinathan of Kali (2016) fame. Manesh Madhavan cranks the camera, while Ankit Menon handles the music for the film. Nadanna Sambavam is touted to be released in theatres on March 22.
