The makers of the much awaited Pawan Kalyan film, OG, gave an update on the film’s first look, set to be launched on the actor’s birthday on September 2. While sharing a concept poster of the film on their social media profiles, the film’s production house, DVV Entertainment, wrote, “LET’S AWAIT FOR THE #HUNGRYCHEETAH. NO FIRST LOOK… Wanted to give an adrenaline rush with the visuals and BGM”. The poster has a hand with a dragon tattoo and Chinese text, holding a gun.
OG is Pawan Kalyan’s most anticipated film in his line-up, considering it’s the actor’s first original film since Agnyathavaasi, with his last three release, Vakeel Saab (2021), Bheemla Nayak (2022) and Bro being remakes.
The film’s working title is They Call Him OG. It is written and directed by Sujeeth, known for helming Run Raja Run (2014) and Saaho (2019). The film features Priyanka Arul Mohan, Arjun Das, Sriya Reddy and Emraan Hashmi, among others. The film’s crew includes music composer Thaman, cinematographer Ravi K Chandran and art director AS Prakash. The makers are yet to announce the film's release date.
