Kangana Ranaut has dropped the teaser of Tejas and announced that the film, which was scheduled to release on October 20, will now on October 27. The film's trailer will be released on Indian Air Force Day, October 8.
Tejas is written and directed by Sarvesh Mewara and features Ranaut as an Indian Air Force Pilot, Tejas Gill. The teaser begins with the doors of a hangar opening and an Indian Air Force Jet appearing from inside it. We see Ranaut getting ready in her uniform and walking out with her helmet as her voiceover says, "Zarrori nahi hai har bar baatcheet hone chahiye, jung ke maidan mein ab jung hone chahiye. Hogaeya hai mere vatan pe ab bahut he sitam. Ab toh aakash se barish nahi aag barasni chahiye. Bharat ko chhedoge toh chhodenge nahi. (It's not necessary to have dialogue every time, this time there will be a battle on the battlefield. My nation has suffered a lot of cruel attacks. Now, fire will rain from the sky. If you provoke Bharat, we will not let you go unpunished.”
