Salman Khan starrer Tiger 3 saw a roaring start at the box office but seems like the film failed to match the bar set by the year’s biggest blockbusters, Shah Rukh Khan starrer Pathaan (released in January) and Jawan (released in September).
Tiger 3 recorded its opening day box office collection of gross ₹ 44.5 Crores in India, beating Khan’s 2019 release Bharat, as per a report in Sacnilk.
As per the portal, the film earned roughly ₹44.5 crore on its first day for all languages. The film had an overall 41.33 percent Hindi occupancy on Sunday, when it was released.
Directed by Maneesh Sharma and produced by Aditya Chopra, Tiger 3 also stars Katrina Kaif and Emraan Hashmi. The film also stars Revathy, Ranvir Shorey, Vishal Jethwa in key roles.
