Streaming platforms are notorious for their lack of transparency, allowing them to quote numbers that are tough to verify. Ormax Media, a media consulting firm, has began tracking viewership figures of the top releases across major platforms.

Here's a list of the most-viewed Hindi shows and movies from the Indian streaming space during the week of December 7th, 2020 – December 13th, 2020. The numbers are all estimates based only within India.

1) Pati Patni Aur Panga- MX Player

Note that this show released on December 11 and so reflects numbers only since then. Starring Adah Sharma and Naveen Kasturia, this is a love story where the man demands a divorce after finding out the woman he married was born a man.

The second chapter of the Bobby Deol-starrer, directed by Prakash Jha topping this list is no surprise, because the first chapter that dropped in August this year has been consistently showing up on this list.
