Makers of the upcoming Malayalam comedy-drama film, Bheemante Vazhi, released the trailer of the film today. It stars Kunchacko Boban, Chinnu Chandni, Chemban Vinod Jose, Jinu Joseph, Vincy Aloshious, Nirmal Palazhi, among others.
In the trailer, we hear, "we need land — enough for one vehicle to pass through." Enter Bheema (Kunchako Boban), who describes himself as "sundaran, sumukhan, salswabhavi" (handsome, good-looking and of good habits) even as we see him turn on his creepiness, staring, winking and generally making women uncomfortable. Looks like a role in which he's cast against the grain.
Bheemante Vazhi marks Kunchako Boban's fourth release this year after Mohan Kumar Fans, Nayattu and Nizhal.
This is Ashraf Hamza's sophomore endeavour, following his debut comedy film Thamaasha, remake of the Kannada film Ondu Motteya Kathe. Chemban Vinod Jose returns as a writer with this film, nearly four years after the critically acclaimed and commercially successful Angamaly Diaries directed by Lijo Jose Pellissery.
Girish Gangadharan, who is also now filming Kamal Haasan-starrer Vikram, has been roped in as the cinematographer and the film is edited by Nizam Kadiry. The music is composed by Vishnu Vijay who previously composed the songs in Nayattu. The film is produced by Chemban Vinod Jose, Rima Kallingal and Aashiq Abu.
The film is set to release in theaters on December 3.
