Roudram! Ranam! Rudhiram! (RRR) is a fictional narration based on the story of two revolutionaries, Alluri Sitaramaraju and Komaram Bheem, who lived in different time periods. Directed by S.S. Rajamouli, the film stars Jr. NTR and Ram Charan.

The trailer that was released today promises the film to be action-packed. As the British humiliate people, we see a village uprising against them. Jr. NTR's strength as Bheem is shown as he literally comes face to face with a tiger and roars back at it and when he stops a bike and turns it around in the air with his bare hands. Ram Charan as Sitaramaraju is seen fighting with a bow and arrow. We see a friendship between the two characters even as Ram Charan is with the British police. In a response to violation and brutality, in the end, we see them fight alongside each other to win over the British in a quick montage.

The film also stars Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn, Shriya Saran, Olivia Morris, Samuthirakani, Alison Doody and Ray Stevenson.

With songs that have been released so far, the makers have introduced us to the different moods of the film. While 'Dosti' captured the brotherhood between the two revolutionaries, 'Naatu Naatu' was a fun and energetic dance song. 'Janani', which was said to be the soul of RRR, was an emotional ode to the motherland. The songs and the music for the film have been composed by M.M. Keeravani

Dialogue for the film has been written by Sai Madhav Burra (Telugu), Riya Mukherjee (Hindi), Madan Karky (Tamil), Varadaraju Chikkaballapura (Kannada) and Gopala Krishnan (Malayalam). The cinematography department is handled by K.K. Senthil Kumar and is edited by Sreekar Prasad. Sabu Cyril is roped in for production design.

Produced by Dasari Veera Venkata Danayya of DVV Entertainments, RRR was originally slated to release on January 8, 2021, in Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi. With many delays owing to the pandemic, the film will have its theatrical release on January 7, 2022.
