Virata Parvam Teaser Talk: Sai Pallavi And Rana Daggubati Star In A Revolutionary Love Story

The teaser of 'Virata Parvam' tells us that it’s not going to be a movie that’ll be brimming with roses for the living or the dead. It’s going to be a hard-hitting drama that will question the government’s apathy towards the lower castes.

From what the teaser hints at, the real powerhouse of Virata Parvam seems to be Sai Pallavi. She plays a character that becomes besotted with a communist writer (portrayed by Rana Daggubati). In recent times, we have seen many Indian films garland the sacrifices made by the communists. And this one also appears to sit on that throne for good.

Venu Udugula, who directed Needi Naadi Oke Katha in 2018, is back with this movie. The teaser shows some flashes of a not-so-easy-to-digest love story where Sai Pallavi's character crosses long stretches of fields and rivers to meet the writer. The film will mostly concentrate on two main aspects – a narrative thread that concerns the romantic journey of the leads and the fight for restoring the rights of the farmers.

April is going to be full of surprises for Sai Pallavi because her other Telugu film, in which she stars alongside Naga Chaitanya, Love Story, is also going to hit the screens. While Love Story drops in theatres on April 16, Virata Parvam will start making noise from April 30.
