Sunny Pawar, who debuted in Lion (2016), plays a ten-year-old boy in the film Chippa who embarks on a night journey to decipher a letter left to him by his abandoned father on his tenth birthday. Pawar was 10 years old when the film was released.
Jiaa Vaidya gave an outstanding performance in the film Jayeshbhai Jordaar alongside Ranveer Singh, at the age of 14.
Vedant Chibber, played a 6-year-old in the film Chintu Ka Birthday alongside Vinay Pathak and Tilotma Shome. His performance was the heart of the film and was critically acclaimed.
In the film Dhanak, Krish Chhabria plays an 8-year-old blind child from Rajasthan who travels to Mumbai with his 10-year-old sister, played by Hetal Gada, to meet Shah Rukh Khan and get funding for his eye surgery.
Darsheel played Ishaan Awasthi in the film Taare Zameen Par, and gave a critically acclaimed performance at the age of 10, alongside Aamir Khan. He also received the Filmfare Critics' Award for Best Actor.
