Jaane jaan is a crime thriller directed by filmmaker Sujoy Ghosh, The film stars Kareena Kapoor Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma. The film is based on a Japanese Novel, ‘The Devotion of Suspect X’.
Netflix has dropped the first look posters of Kareena Kapoor Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat’s and Vijay Varma’s characters from Jaane Jaan. The trailer of Jaane Jaan releases on September 5 and the film premieres on Netflix on September 21.
While Khan looks fierce as a protective mother, Ahlawat looks completely transformed as a gaunt and partially bald man. Varma who shared his look from the film a few minutes ago wrote, “Put your detective hats on and get ready to connect the dots.”
The story of Jaane jaan revolves around a single mother who tries to cover up the murder of her estranged husband with the help from her neighbor, while borrowing many elements from the novel.
Jaane Jaan is directed by Sujoy Ghosh and produced by Jay Shewakramani, Akshai Puri, Hyunwoo Thomas Kim, Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor.
