Aranmanai 4 (Tamil)

This is the fourth instalment in this horror comedy franchise directed by Sundar C. The film follows a man’s quest to uncover his sister’s suspicious death, inadvertently unleashing chaos and terror. The film stars the director himself alongside Tamannaah Bhatia, Raashii Khanna and Yogi Babu.

Swargandharv Sudhir Phadke (Marathi)

When: May 1

This is an upcoming Marathi-language musical biographical film based on Marathi Music director and Singer Sudhir Phadke. The film is directed by Yogesh Deshpande and stars Sunil Barve, Mrunmayee Deshpande, Apurva Modak and Sukhada Khandkekar.  

Naach Ga Ghuma (Marathi)

When: May 1

This humorous drama follows the dynamic between the woman of the house and the house help, showcasing their love-hate relationship. It is directed by Paresh Mokashi and stars Mukta Barve, Namrata Sambherao and Sarang Sathaye. 

Malayalee From India (Malayalam)

When: May 1

This comedy entertainer featuring Nivin Pauly and Dhyan Sreenivasan in the lead roles is directed by Dijo Jose Antony, best-known for directing Queen (2018) and Jana Gana Mana (2022). The film co-stars Anaswara Rajan who was recently in the courtroom drama Neru and has music by Jakes Bejoy.

Sabari (Telugu, Kannada, Tamil, Malayalam, Hindi)

When: May 3

A single mother is forced to confront a demon from her past that threatens her present life and her daughter. She must go to any lengths to protect her child. The film stars Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, Ganesh Venkatram, Madhunandan and Shashank Siddamsetty and is directed by Anil Katz.

Prasanna Vadanam (Telugu)

When: May 3

The film centers on the protagonist who suffers from a rare medical condition known as face blindness. This condition causes everyone he sees to appear blurred to him. Despite dealing with this challenge, he becomes entangled in a crime scene. The film stars Suhas, Payal Radhakrishna, Rashi Singh and Harsha Chemudu, directed by Arjun Y K.

Tarot (English)

When: May 3

A group of friends, in a reckless act, break the sacred rule of Tarot readings, unwittingly releasing an unspeakable evil trapped within the cursed cards. They are soon faced with a race against death as they confront their fates one by one. The film stars Harriet Slater, Adain Bradley, Avantika Vandanapu and Jacob Batalon directed by Spenser Cohen. 

Aa Okkati Adakku (Telugu)

When: May 3

A priest's prophecy tells Gana that he's destined to remain a lifelong bachelor if he doesn't get married within the next 25 days. The film is about this man’s race against time to find a partner. The film is directed by Malli Ankam and stars Allari Naresh, Faria Abdullah, Viva Harsha, Vennela Kishore and Jamie Lever.

The Proof (Tamil)

When: May 3

The Proof revolves around a trial of a girl's gruesome murder case, a covert consequence of a drug trafficking scandal, and its cover-up. It stars Sai Dhanshika, Rudhvir Vadhan and Mime Gopi and is directed by I. Radhika. 

Kasoombo  (Hindi)

When: May 3

Based on the novel 'Amar Balidan', the story is set against the backdrop of Allauddin Khilji's menacing plan to plunder the sacred temples and cultural heritage of Shetrunjay. Dadu Barot emerges as a stalwart leader, leading a small band against formidable odds. The film is directed by Vijaygiri Bava and stars Dharmendra Gohil, Darshan Pandya, Raunaq Kamdar, Shraddha Dangar and Monal Gajjar. 

The Indian Story (Telugu)

When: May 3

The protagonist's plan to sell smuggled gold backfires when he unwittingly gets involved with a counterfeit dealer. Through flashbacks, a sprawling scandal unfolds, echoing the complexities of current political landscapes. The film is directed by R Rajashekar Reddy and stars Raaj Bheemreddy and Zaara Khan.

Nadikar (Malayalam)

When: May 3

The story chronicles the life of superstar David Padikkal, known for his acting prowess. However, a pivotal moment compels him to delve deep within himself, shedding the facade of stardom to discover his true character. Directed by Jean Paul Lal, the film stars Tovino Thomas, Soubin Shahir and Bhavana Menon.

Usire Usire (Kannada)

When: May 3

A couple deeply in love is compelled to flee their homes due to escalating religious tensions between their families. Tragedy strikes when the girl is diagnosed with a severe heart disease.

Directed by CM Vijay, the film stars Rajeev Hanu, Srijitha Gosh and Kiccha Sudeep. 

Pyar Ke Do Naam (Hindi)

This upcoming romantic drama follows the story of Kaira and Aryan who share different views on love. It is written and directed by Danish Javed and stars Bhavya Sachdeva, Ankita Sahu, Achal Tankwal and Kanika Gautam.
