Haddi First Look: Nawazuddin Siddiqui in Drag

Nawazuddin Siddiqui dropped the teaser of his upcoming film Haddi on Instagram. The short clip introduces the producer and director before revealing Siddiqui in a new avatar. Wearing a wig, make-up and jewellery, Siddiqui is dressed as a woman and sits on a throne-like chair that is very out of place in the warehouse-like interior. There's blood on his (her?) hands and a bloody rod is also shown. The poster tells us Siddiqui is playing the titular character, Haddi. 

Sharing the teaser on Instagram, Siddiqui wrote, "Crime has never looked this good before. 🔥 #Haddi, a noir revenge drama starring @Nawazuddin._siddiqui in a never-seen-before avatar. Filming begins, releasing in 2023."

Haddi is a noir revenge drama directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma and produced by Zee Studios and Anandita Studios. The film is expected to release in 2023.
