It’s A Wrap For Raghava Lawrence’s Chandramukhi 2

Last year, Director P Vasu and Raghava Lawrence announced the sequel Chandramukhi 2 which co-stars Kangana Ranaut, Vadivelu, Lakshmi Menon, and others. The latest news is that the film’s shooting has been wrapped up. Radikaa Sarathkumar, who plays an important role in the film, shared the announcement on Twitter. 

She was all praise for the actor-director Lawrence. The actress also thanked Lawrence for gifting her a gold ring and watch. She wrote, “It’s a wrap #chandramukhi2 @LycaProductions. Wht a joy working with a director so thorough with his craft and vision #pvasu 🙏 and thank you to this gem @offl_Lawrence who is the first hero who gifted me a gold ring and expensive watch, genuine affection ❤️❤️❤️❤️”

Backed by Lyca Productions, the film has music by MM Keeravani of ‘Naatu Naatu’ fame and also stars Srushti Dange, Mahima Nanbiar, and Ravi Maria. The horror entertainer is expected to hit theatres in September, on the occasion of Vinayaka Chathurthi. Chandramukhi 2 is a sequel to Chandramukhi (2005), which was directed by P Vasu. It starred Rajinikanth, Nayanthara, Jyothika, and Vadivelu in the lead roles. The film was a remake of the blockbuster Malayalam film Manichitrathazhu (1997).
