Ragava Lawrence And Kangana Ranaut Dazzle In The Spooky Chandramukhi 2 Trailer 

The trailer of Raghava Lawrence-starrer Chandramukhi 2 (2023) was released recently. The sequel coming out eighteen years after the blockbuster success of Chandramukhi will feature a new cast, with nd Lawrence replacing Rajinikanth as the central lead of the film that is a continuation of the events of the first film. The film directed by P Vasu, who also helmed the original film stars Kangana Ranaut, Vadivelu and Mahima Nambiar in the lead in an ensemble cast. 

The new film is set eighteen years after the first film and in true horror film fashion, the trailer shows a joint family moving into a large palace only to be restricted to entering into a particular block for obvious supernatural reasons, mirroring the events from the first film. The character played by Kangana Ranaut stands in for Jyothika in this iteration.

The trailer offers a quick sneak peek into the new challenges faced by the residents of the palace and the entry of the Raghava Lawrence character, who is being presented in two avatars in the trailer, as with Rajinikanth’s character in the original film. The sequel is being produced by Lyca Productions and features original songs and score by M M Keeravani, marking his follow up album to his oscar winning work in RRR (2022) Chandramukhi 2 will hit the screens on the 15th of September.
