Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani: Alia Bhatt’s Look to be Inspired from Sridevi in Chandni

According to a Bollywood Hungama report, Alia Bhatt and Ranveer Singh will be shooting a song sequence for their upcoming film Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. A source close to the portal revealed that Karan Johar, directing the film, will pay homage to Yash Chopra through this special track in the film and therefore the song will be modeled on Sridevi in Chandni (1989), one of Chopra’s blockbuster films.

A source close to Johar informs that he has selected Sridevi in Chopra’s Chandni as the role model for Alia Bhatt in Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. Manish Malhotra will be clothing Bhatt in a chiffon saree. Bhatt will wear a minimalist look as she emotes to a Pritam love ballad.

Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani also stars Dharmendra, Jaya Bachchan and Shabana Azmi in pivotal roles.
