Vijay Deverakonda and Mrunal Thakur Headline Parasuram Petla's Next

After Kushi and VD 12, Vijay Devarakonda joins hands with Mrunal Thakur for his next, tentatively titled VD13. The makers launched the project with a formal puja ceremony where the cast and crew. Prominent film producer Shyam Prasad Reddy gave the clap for the first shot while Govardhan Rao Devarakonda directed it.

The actor reunites with director Parasuram Petla after their previously successful collaboration Geetha Govindam (2018). The romantic comedy turned out to be a hugely successful film in Devarakonda's filmography and was also his first collaboration with Rashmika Mandanna.

VD13 is produced by Dil Raju and Shirish under the Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra banner in their 54th production. This will be the first project in which the production house will be collaborating with Vijay Devarakonda.Gopi Sundar will provide the music for the film while KU Mohanan and Marthand K Venkatesh will crank the camera and handle the editing, respectively.
