Aamir Khan and Darsheel Safary to Reunite after Taare Zameen Par

Darsheel Safary dropped a post on his Instagram account that said that he shall have a reunion with his Taare Zameen Par (2007) co-star Aamir Khan. The post read, “BOOOMMMMM!16 years later, and we're together again 🎉💫🌟 Emotional? Yeah, a little.Charged? ABSOLUTELY ⚡️All the love to my favorite mentor for the experience 🤗💙🫡Watch this space for the Big reveal.”

Safary and Khan worked together 16 years ago in their last film Taare Zameen Par. The film is a story of an eight-year-old suffering from a learning disability called dyslexia and his struggles to combat that. Khan who later joins as an art teacher Ram Shankar Nikumbh transforms the life of the kid and helps him overcome his challenges.

The film was a huge box office success and was received very well by the critics as well the audience. The film was produced and directed by Khan and written by Amol Gupte.
