Akshay Kumar announces Housefull 5, to release on this date

Housefull 5 is happening and Akshay Kumar confirmed the news via his social media handle by posting a picture with the caption, “Get ready for FIVE times the madness!”

Housefull 5 is a part of the Housefull franchise which began in 2010 with Housefull, directed by Sajid Khan. The film had an ensemble cast including Kumar, Riteish Deshmukh, Lara Dutta, Deepika Padukone, Arjun Rampal, Mithun Chakraborty, and Boman Irani.

This would make Housfull the first Indian film franchise to have five installments. Tarun Mansukhani will direct it with Deshmukh set to star once again. There haven’t been any announcements of the rest of the cast. The Sajid Nadiadwala produced film will hit the screens on Diwali 2024.
