Alia Bhatt to Play a Jazz Singer in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Love and War

Alia Bhatt and Sanjay Leela Bhansali will be collaborating for the second time in their film Love and War after the 2022 blockbuster film Gangubai Kathiawadi.

This film will feature a love triangle between characters portrayed by Ranbir Kapoor, Vicky Kaushal, and Bhatt. According to reports, the film is inspired by the classic Sangam (1964) starring Vyjanthimala, Raj Kapoor, and Rajendra Kumar. Interestingly, Bhatt who also has a knack for singing in some of her past projects will benefit for her role in Love and War where she will play a jazz singer.

The actress recently wrapped up shooting for Vasan Bala’s Jigra while Kapoor is busy shooting for Nitesh Tiwari’s Ramayana and Kaushal will be seen in Chhava and Bad Newz.
