Allu Arjun's ‘Pushpa 2: The Rule’ to Hit The Screens On Independence Day 2024

National Award-winning actor Allu Arjun's next film Pushpa 2: The Rule is currently under production. The film is the highly anticipated sequel to the blockbuster action drama Pushpa The Rise (2021) and the makers have now officially unveiled the release date with a brand new poster. The film is set to be released on August 15 2024, marking the occasion of Independence Day. 

Mythri Movie Makers shared the update through their social media handles and tweeted, "15th August 2024 - Pushpa 2: The Rule Grand release worldwide. Pushpa Raj is coming back to conquer the box office". 

Allu Arjun, who bagged the National Award for Best Actor for his portrayal of Pushpa Raj in the original will be reprising the role in the sequel. Fahad Faasil will return as the antagonist, Bhanwar Singh Shekhawat. The film also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Anasuya Bharadwaj, Sunil, Prakash Raj, Jagapathi Babu, Rao Ramesh and Dhananjaya among others. Devi Sri Prasad is the music composer. The film is produced by Naveen Yerneni and Y Ravi Shankar under their production banner Mythri Movie Makers.
