Ashok Selvan’s Saba Nayagan Gets A New Release Date

Ashok Selvan’s latest offering Saba Nayagan will see his character’s complicated journey of love in three different stages of his life. The actor took to his social media pages to share the postponed release schedule for the film, which has been delayed due to the ongoing floods in Chennai. Written and directed by CS Karthikeyan, Saba Nayagan is now slated tol hit the screens on December 22. The film co-stars Megha Akash, Karthika Muralidharan and Chandini Chowdary.

Sharing the new release date, Ashok Selvan wrote, “My Dear Makkalay, due to the cyclone flood which led to post-production and certification delay, #SabaNayagan has been pushed to the 22nd this month. See you in the theatres soon.”

Mayilsamy, Michael Thangadurai, Udumalai Ravi, Arun Kumar, Jaiseelan Sivaram and Sriram Krish round up the ensemble supporting cast for the film. The project is bankrolled by Clear Water Films INC, I Cinema and Captain Mega Entertainment. Three different cinematographers — Balasubramanyam, Dinesh Purushothaman and Prabhu Rhagav — have lensed the film,  while Leon James has handled the musical score.
