Atlee Unveils The First Motion Poster of Kathir’s Maanavan

Atlee, who is riding high on the blockbuster success of his debut Hindi film Jawan (2023), took to his social media handles to share the first look motion poster of an upcoming action film titled Maanavan. The motion poster features a catchy score that starts with images from a campus political strike and focuses on the hero played by Kathir entering the frame with a barrage of angry students following his lead. Maanavan is written and directed by SLS Henry. 

The film is touted to be a campus action flick with a background of politics and romance in the mix. The project is bankrolled by Fortune Studios and will feature Karu Palaniappan, Master Mahendran, Yuvalatchumi, and Anbudasan in pivotal roles. Sridhar cranks the camera for the film, while Ghibran composes the musical score. Thyiagu T is in charge of the editing whereas Mayapandai is the art director. The project will be released in the first quarter of 2024.
