Bhumi Pednekar Says Anil Kapoor is an Inspirational Co-Star

Bhumi Pednekar starrer Thank You For Coming had its premiere recently at the Toronto International Film Festival. The film also features Shehnaaz Gill, Dolly Singh, Kusha Kapila and Shibani Bedi in key roles and has a special appearance by Anil Kapoor.

This is the first time that Pednekar and Kapoor have shared screen space in a film. Speaking about the experience of working with Kapoor, Pednekar said in an interview, “To begin with I was extremely nervous but he’s one of the kindest, nicest, most motivating, and inspirational people I know.”

She added, “He’s incredible, he knows the impact he makes on people so he makes sure he makes all of us comfortable because we all are in just awe of him, he’s a breeze to work with.”

Thank You For Coming is directed by Karan Boolani and produced by Kapoor, Rhea Kapoor, Ektaa R Kapoor and Shobha Kapoor. The film will be released theatrically on October 6.
