DD Returns Trailer: Santhanam and Co Play The Horror House Game with Real Ghosts

The third instalment of Santhanam's horror comedy film series Dhilluku Dhuddu is all set to hit the screens on July 28. Kickstarting the promotions, the makers have released a trailer, and this time the ghost is in an abandoned palace: The French Castle. Titled DD Returns, the horror comedy also features Surabhi, Redin Kingsley, Maran and Pradeep Rawat.

The trailer shows Santhanam and his friends entering a palace which is inhabited by a family of ghosts. They dare him to a series of games in order to escape out alive. How they manage to win the games and find the exit seems to form the rest of the plot. Nestled amidst the horror game is also a heist, and the video has some funny callbacks to 'Oo Antava' from Pushpa.

DD Returns is written and directed by S Premanand (in his debut). The previous instalments were directed by Rambhala. Dipak Kumar Padhy and N B Srikanth serve as the cinematographer and editor, respectively, while hip hop producer and rapper ofRO has provided the music. The horror comedy is backed by C Ramesh Kumar.
