Deepika Padukone on Piku BTS Picture: ‘He loves telling everyone how much I eat’

Deepika Padukone and Amitabh Bachchan play a frequently quibbling but adorably relatable father-daughter duo in Shoojit Sircar’s Piku (2015), which celebrates its ninth anniversary today. Padukone marked the milestone with a sweet Instagram post featuring a never-before-seen behind-the-scenes photo from the shoot of the film. In frame are members of the cast and crew of Piku in a candid moment, with food being offered to Bachchan Sr. Padukone captioned the post: “He loves telling everyone how much I eat!” and also included a heartfelt tribute to the late Irrfan Khan: “@irrfan Oh how much we miss you...❤️❤️❤️”
