Fierce and so Cool! Deepika Padukone introduces her Fighter Character Minni

Deepika Padukone has dropped the first look from her upcoming film Fighter. The actress who plays the Air Force Pilot, Squadron Leader Minal Rathore, looks stunning in those dark glasses.

Director Siddharth Anand revealed details about Padukone’s character in an interview with India Today, “Deepika is also playing an Air Force officer. She’s part of the elite unit of the Air Force, and it’s based on a lot of reality and authenticity. Something that Deepika has also bitten into.”

He added, "It is something that she’s not played before. And honestly, it’s a lot like her in real life, the character that she’s playing. She’s so much fun on set and she’s translating that character to be a real good takkar to Hrithik’s character, so it is very exciting. It’s fun!”

Fighter also stars Hrithik Roshan and Anil Kapoor in lead roles. The film is scheduled to be released on January 25, 2024, on the eve of India’s 75th Republic Day.
