First Single 'Kaavaalaa' from Rajinikanth-Starrer Jailer Out

Nelson and Rajinikanth's much awaited Jailer is slated to hit the screens on August 10. With only a month left for the film's release, the makers have kickstarted the promotions by unveiling the first single 'Kaavaalaa'. The peppy dance number, composed by Anirudh Ravichander, features Tamannaah Bhatia and Rajinikanth. In the lyrical video, we also get to see a few behind-the-scene stills, choreography and dance practice sessions.

The action entertainer follows the life of Muthuvel Panidan (Rajinikanth), a jailer. The film boasts of an ensemble cast which includes Priyanka Mohan, Shiva Rajkumar, Jackie Shroff, Ramya Krishnan, Yogi Babu, Vasanth Ravi, and Vinayakan. Malayalam superstar Mohanlal will be seen in an extended cameo as well. The film has music by Anirudh Ravichander. Vijay Karthik Kannan is the cinematographer and R Nirmal of Nelson's Beast (2022) is the editor.

Jailer marks Nelson's second collaboration with Sun Pictures after Beast. The film is slated to hit the screens on August 10.
