Fukrey 3 Director Mrighdeep Singh Lamba to Collaborate with Gurmmeet Singh and Suparn Verma on his Next

Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, whose film Fukrey 3 releases in theatres on September 28, will be collaborating on a web series with Gurmmeet Singh, who directed multiple episodes of the show Mirzapur, and writer-director Suparn Verma, who helmed The Trial, starring Kajol in her OTT debut. The three talented filmmakers are coming together to create a gangster drama which will be backed by Jio Studios and Reliance Entertainment.

A source close to the development told Bollywood Hungama, “Jio Studios and Reliance Entertainment are expected to join hands for a big web series which will have the best of creative forces. Gurmmeet Singh, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, and writer Suparn Verma are coming together for a gangster drama. With the best forces in the industry putting their heads together for this web series, it looks like it is going to be one to watch out for.”

As per the report, the series will go on floors soon. More details about the cast and crew are awaited.
