Gadar 2 overtakes Pathaan- becomes the fastest film to cross 450 crore mark

Even 17 days after its release, Gadar 2 continues to draw audiences to theatres. The film has now achieved a new record, by becoming the fastest film to cross the Rs 450 crore nett mark in domestic box office collections. Gadar 2 has officially left Pathaan and Baahubali 2: The Conclusion (2017) behind. These films crossed the 450 crore mark on Day 18 and 20 respectively. Gadar 2’s earnings now stand at Rs. 456.05 crores and it’s expected that the film will cross the Rs 500 crore mark soon.

Trade analyst Taran Adarsh shared a post on X, formerly Twitter, where he wrote, “NEW RECORD… ‘GADAR 2’ FASTEST TO CROSS ₹ 450 CR… #Gadar2 will cross the enviable ₹ 450 cr mark in #India today [Sun]… In the past, only #Pathaan and #Baahubali2 #Hindi had cruised past ₹ 450 cr mark… #Gadar2: Day 17 [today] #Pathaan: Day 18 #Baahubali2 #Hindi: Day 20 #India biz. Gadar 2 is directed by Anil Sharma. The film, starring Sunny Deol, Ameesha Patel, and Utkarsh Sharma, is a sequel to Gadar: Ek Prem Katha (2001).
