Ghoomer trailer: Abhishek Bachchan teaches Saiyami Kher to beat the odds in R.Balki film

Abhishek Bachchan has shared the trailer of his upcoming film Ghoomer on his social media page. The film’s trailer sees Saiyami Kher play a young Indian cricketer, who loses her right arm soon after getting selected to the Indian team. Just when she feels all is lost, a former cricketer, played by Bachchan, encourages her to dream again and coaches her on how to bowl with just one arm.

In addition to Kher and Bachchan, the sports drama stars Shabana Azmi as Kher’s mother, Angad Bedi as her boyfriend, and Amitabh Bachchan in a special appearance.

Kher and Bachchan worked together in two seasons of Breathe: Into the Shadows that streamed on Prime Video. Ghoomer is written and directed by R. Balki, who has worked with Bachchan and Amitabh in Paa (2009). The film is co-produced by Hope Film Makers and Saraswati Entertainment.
