Hansal Mehta announces Scam 2003: The Telgi Story, to stream on Sony LIV

Hansal Mehta announced Scam 2003: The Telgi Story with a short video. The series is adapted from the Hindi book "Reporter Ki Diary" authored by journalist\news reporter Sanjay Singh. Mehta shared the news with a tweet.

The story is based on the Stamp Paper Scam by Abdul Karim Telgi. It follows Telgi as he becomes the mastermind of one of India’s most ingenious scams spread across 18 states which shook the entire country.

The series features Kiran Yadnyopavit who worked with Singh on the screenplay of the series. Scam 2003 is helmed BY Mehta and directed by Tushar Hiranandani. It will stream on Sony Liv from September 2.
