Kamal Haasan Meets His Friend, Oscar-Winning Makeup Artist Mike Westmore

Kamal Haasan, who was recently in the Los Angeles for the launch of Project K, met his friend Mike Westmore, an Academy award-winning makeup artist. Haasan shared photos from their reunion and penned a heartfelt note.

The actor wrote on Instagram, "From (The arrow in the sun ) Soldier blue where I saw Mike Westmore’s work to this day, I have admired Mike’s work from inside out . Had the joy of working with him on the make up and also wearing it to fame and applause. 40 years have flown with the speed of an arrow." The duo had previously collaborated on films like Indian (2001), Avvai Shanmughi (1996) and Dasavatharam (2008).
