Kareena Kapoor Khan says she is nervous about debut Netflix Film Jaane Jaan

Netflix thriller Jaane Jaan's trailer was launched at an event in Mumbai on September 5. Lead actors Kareena Kapoor Khan, Jaideep Ahlawat and Vijay Varma were present at the event and shared their thoughts about the film and the experience of working with each other.

Khan also confessed that she is more nervous about her OTT debut than she was before her Bollywood debut with Refugee (2000) 23 years ago. She said, “I am more nervous than I was 23 years ago. Because I was watching the promo so closely on the television screen. So people will be watching me closely in their homes. I'm nervous, but I know one thing for sure- we all have worked really hard.”

Khan added that it was she who suggested that the film be made for Netflix. “Everyone’s doing so much work on Netflix and it’s so good and I did not want to be left behind,” she said. The actor also expressed her admiration for her co-stars Ahlawat and Varma and said that their talent and skill kept her on her toes.

Jaane Jaan is directed by Sujoy Ghosh. The film premieres on Netflix on September 21.
