Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi’s Merry Christmas gets a New Release Date

Katrina Kaif and Vijay Sethupathi starrer Merry Christmas has been postponed. The film directed by Sriram Raghavan was earlier scheduled to release on December 15, 2023 but the makers have now shifted the release to January 2024.

In a joint statement shared by the makers, they mentioned that due to consecutive releases in the month of December they have postponed the release to January 12, 2024, “We have made this film with a lot of love & passion as every filmmaker does however with the back to back movie releases and packed last two months of 2023, we have decided to extend the season of joy and bring our film to the theatres on 12th January 2024.”

The month of December has some of the most anticipated releases of the year which includes, Animal releasing on December 1 starring Ranbir Kapoor, Rashmika Mandanna, Shah Rukh Khan starrer Dunki releasing on December 21 and Prabhas starrer Salaar releasing on December 22.
