Mohanlal's Malaikottai Vaaliban Gets OTT Release Date

Mohanlal's Malaikottai Vaaliban hit the screens on January 25 and received mixed reviews. The Lijo Jose Pellissery film which follows the journey of an undefeated aged warrior is all set to be out on Disney+ Hotstar. Releasing the film's trailers in different languages, the OTT platform announced that it will be available for streaming from February 23. Malaikottai Vaaliban will be available in five languages - Malayalam, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada.

The film co-stars Manikanda Rajan, Sonalee Kulkarni, Andrea Ravera, Hareesh Peradi, and Danish Sait. It is written by PS Rafeeque, who previously collaborated with Pellissery on the acclaimed Amen.

Malaikottai Vaaliban is backed by multiple production houses such as John & Mary Creative, Century Films, Maxlab Cinemas and Entertainments, Yoodlee Films, and Amen Movie Monastery. Prashanth Pillai has composed the music while Madhu Neelakandan, who worked on Pellissery's Churuli has cranked the camera. The film also stars Sonalee Kulkarni, Danish Sait, and Rajeev Pillai among others.
