Nani's 'Saripodhaa Sanivaaram' Officially Launched

Nani and Priyanka Arul Mohan's upcoming film Saripodhaa Sanivaaram has been launched officially in Hyderabad on Tuesday. Written and directed by Vivek Athreya, the film is produced by DVV Danayya under the DVV Entertainment banner. 

Makers also unveiled an intriguing first glimpse of the film, titled Unchained. The glimpse features Nani tied up in chains while a voice-over narrates how one has to wait for the day when no one dares to stop him. After that, a half-lit paper showing the day of Saturday (sanivaaram) is shown flying in front of Nani and he grabs it. The narrator says, "What if that one day comes for a person every Saturday?" 

In the launch ceremony, director VV Vinayak clapped the first shot, while producer Dil Raju switched on the camera. Actor Sri Vishnu also participated in the ceremony. 

The film marks the second collaboration of Nani and Vivek after Ante Sundaraniki (2022). SJ Suryah has been roped in to play a pivotal role. Murali G is the cinematographer, Jakes Bejoy is the music composer and Karthika Srinivas is the editor. The main production will begin on November.
