Saif Ali Khan and Arjun Kapoor starrer Bhoot Police to get a sequel

As per a report in Bollywood Hungama, Akshai Puri's 12th Street Entertainment is working on a sequel to their successful film Bhoot Police (2021). The cast and crew are yet to be officially announced. Bhoot Police starred Saif Ali Khan, Arjun Kapoor, Yami Gautam and Jacqueline Fernandez. The film was directed by Pavan Kriplani and co-produced by Puri and Ramesh Taurani.

Another film in the pipeline for the production house is the Hindi remake of the Tamil film Aaranya Kaandam (2010).  The crime drama was written and directed by Thiagarajan Kumararaja and starred Jackie Shroff, Ravi Krishna, Sampath Raj, Yasmin Ponnappa, Guru Somasundaram and Master Vasanth.

Puri is also a co-producer of Kareena Kapoor Khan starrer Jaane Jaan which will premiere on Netflix on September 21.
