Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse to stream on ZEE5 from August 8

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse will stream from August 8 on ZEE5 as a part of the TVOD slate. The film is produced by Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Animation in association with Marvel Entertainment and directed by Joaquim Dos Santos, Kemp Powers and Justin K. Thompson. The film’s screenplay is written by Phil Lord, Christopher Miller and David Callaham. 

The characters in the film are voiced by actors Shameik Moore, Hailee Steinfeld, Brian Tyree Henry, Luna Lauren Vélez, Jake Johnson, Jason Schwartzman, Issa Rae, Karan Soni, Shea Whigham, Greta Lee, Daniel Kaluuya, Mahershala Ali, and Oscar Isaac. 

In this highly anticipated sequel, Miles Morales, Brooklyn’s friendly neighbourhood Spider-Man, is catapulted across the Multiverse, where he meets a team of Spider-People responsible for protecting its very existence. However, when a new threat emerges, Morales finds himself pitted against the other Spiders. The film will see how Morales learns to redefine what it means to be a hero to save the people he loves

Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse is the next chapter of the very popular Spider-Verse saga. The first film in this series, Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse, won an Academy Award for Best Animated Feature at the 91st Academy Awards.
