‘T-shirt Pehen Lo Pehle, can’t even look at you: Kareena Kapoor Khan Irked at Actors flaunting their Six packs | FC Actors Adda 2023

During the Actors’ Adda 2023 hosted by Film Companion, Kareena Kapoor Khan who graced the roundtable in a room with other talented artists who have played mind boggling roles and delivered stellar performances on screen in 2023 including Bobby Deol, Tillotama Shome, Vikrant Massey, Jaideep Ahlawat, Jyothika and Siddharth, spoke about how annoying it is to see actors being more focused on their physicality and appearance onscreen rather than their roles and characters they play on the big screen.

“If you are great, you are talented, people like you, they have connected with you, stardom will follow,” said Khan in conversation with Anupama Chopra. “Ye nahi hai ke abhi wow, he has got a six pack, he is looking so hot, aree bahot bada star hai, aree please yaar, (Its not like, he has a six pack, he is looking so hot, he is big star, I mean come on) sometimes I feel like telling those actors aree yaar t shirt pehen lo pehle, can’t even look at you right now.”

Khan was last seen in Jaane Jaan and The Buckingham Murders which released at several film festivals. The Hansal Mehta film is yet to arrive in theatres. The actress is currently working on her upcoming film Singham 3 alongside Ajay Devgn, and directed by Rohit Shetty.
