The Sabarmati Report Release Date Postponed

Vikrant Massey and Raashii Khanna starrer, The Sabarmati Report has got a new release date. The film, which was earlier scheduled for May 3 release, will now head to the theatres on August 2. Sharing the post on Instagram, Khanna wrote, "Re-opening files of The Sabarmati Report, in cinemas on 2nd August!"

Directed by Ranjan Chandel, The Sabarmati Report promises to be a thought-provoking cinematic experience, which narrates a story of events that took place in the Sabarmati Express on the morning of 27 February 2002, near the Godhra railway station in the state of Gujarat.

Massey was last seen in Vidhu Vinod Chopra’s 12th Fail while Khanna featured in Yodha starring Sidharth Malhotra and Disha Patani.
