Trailer Of Anushka-Naveen's Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty Out

The trailer for the much anticipated Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty (2023) was unveiled on Monday. The film features Anushka Shetty as a focused chef and Naveen Polishetty as a happy-go-lucky stand-up comic. The two have a significant age difference and varied outlook to life. Although the trailer doesn’t give away much, it looks like pregnancy (or surrogacy) will be a central plot point. Despite tackling some dense material, the trailer promises a colorful romantic comedy seems.

The film has been in production for sometime now and will mark Anushka’s return to the big screen after the bilingual Nishabdham (2020), after a three year period. The film is directed by debutant Mahesh Babu P and is being bankrolled by UV Creations. 

The supporting cast consist of veterans like screen Nassar, Keshav Deepak, Jayasudha and Murali Sharma. Miss Shetty Mr Polishetty is expected to be a romantic caper comedy with a musical score by Radhan and cinematography and editing handled by Nirav Shah and Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, respectively. The film is slated to release on September 7.
