Zack Snyder’s Rebel Moon to release on Netflix in two parts

Zack Snyder’s upcoming sci-fi epic drama Rebel Moon will be split into two movies. There will also be two versions of the film, effectively increasing the number of parts to four. 

In an interview with Vanity Fair, Snyder revealed that there would be two different versions of the film catering to different audiences. While the first film would be for all audiences, the second cut is strictly made for adult viewers. 

Netflix Tudum has given the following description of the movie, "Rebel Moon takes place in a far-flung corner of the galaxy, where the peaceful moon colony Veldt is being forced to surrender their harvest to the military horde of the tyrannical Mother World."

Blood Moon also stars Sofia Boutella, Charlie Hunnam, and Ray Fisher. The first part of the film drops in December.
