FC-Ormax Power List of Music 2024: A.R. Rahman

The legend needs no introduction. The Oscar-winning music composer has scored five films alone this year, with genres ranging from sci-fi comedies like Ayalaan to an epic survival thriller like Aadujeevitham. His unique soundscapes have evolved from being chart-topping bangers to, what fans call, ‘slow poisons’. He was the man entrusted by director Mani Ratnam to score his two-part magnum opus Ponniyin Selvan and A.R. Rahman will also be collaborating with him on the upcoming Kamal Haasan-starrer Thug Life.
