Singer, actor, film producer, and television personality, Diljit Dosanjh is one of the few who has been able to hold and grow their popularity and affection in two industries, Punjabi and Hindi cinema. His performance in films like Udta Punjab, Good Newwz, and Chamkila aside, he is the first Indian artist to perform at the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in 2023. His songs ‘Munda Sona Hoon Main’ from Shehzada and ‘Hass Hass’, featuring Australian singer-songwriter Sia, show the range of audience that he has cultivated as a star-singer. He also made history as the first Punjabi artist to perform on the Jimmy Fallon show, singing his hit tracks G.O.A.T and Born To Shine.
