The costume designer behind the magnificent Chola costumes in Mani Ratnam’s Ponniyin Selvan films, Eka Lakhani started as an intern on the sets of the filmmaker’s Raavanan before making her debut as a lead designer on Santosh Sivan’s Urumi. She has been the go-to collaborator for Ratnam since Kadal and has also contributed to films such as O Kadhal Kanmani, Sanju, Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo, Leo, and more.
