Amazon Prime Video has an exciting line-up for you this month. Here's a list of what's new on the platform and some older hidden gems.

Amazon Originals:

Jalsa (March 18)

Directed by Suresh Triveni (Tumhari Sulu), the film centers upon the colliding worlds of two women from the opposite ends of the society – one seeking redemption, and the other seeking revenge. The thriller stars an ensemble cast including Vidya Balan, Shefali Shah, Rohini Hattangadi and Iqbal Khan, among others.

US Originals:

The Bold Type: Season 1-5 (March 1)

Created by Sarah Watson, the dramedy series is inspired by the life and times of Joanna Coles, the former editor-in-chief of Cosmopolitan magazine. It centers upon Jane Sloan (Katie Stevens), Kat Edison (Aisha Dee), and Sutton Brady (Meghann Fahy) – three best friends living in New York and working at a fictional global women's magazine – as they navigate and juggle with their life, careers and relationships.

The Boys Presents: Diabolical (March 4)

A spin-off of the Emmy-nominated series The Boys, the eight-episode animated anthology series comprises of unseen stories from the deep, dark and twisted universe of the original. Executive produced by Eric Kripke, Seth Rogen and Evan Goldberg, the stories will be helmed by the likes of Rogen himself, Kumail Nanjiani and Aisha Tyler, among others.

Lucy and Desi (March 4)

Directed by Amy Poehler, the film explores the life of Lucille Ball, her relationship with Desi Arnaz, their rise to fame, followed by the tremendous success of the American sitcom, I Love Lucy and a legacy that continues to hold its ground, even three decades after her death.

Star Trek: Picard Season 2 (March 4)

Created by Akiva Goldsman, Michael Chabon, Kirsten Beyer, and Alex Kurtzman, the series follows retired admiral Jean-Luc Picard (Sir Patrick Stewart) in a new chapter of his life. Two decades after Picard's last appearance in Star Trek: Nemesis (2002), he continues to grieve and cope with the deep losses that came with Data's (Brent Spiner) death and the destruction of Romulus, the planet.

2022 Academy Of Country Music Awards (March 8)

Hosted by Dolly Parton, a multiple ACM award winner herself, the two-hour event will be exclusively streamed live – the first major awards show to do so – from the Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. The nominees include Miranda Lambert, Carly Pearce, Carrie Underwood and Chris Young, whereas Parton will be joined by co-hosts, Jimmie Allen and Gabby Barrett.

The Challenge: Season 1-2 (March 11)

A reality show where contestants compete across a series of challenging, gruelling contests in order to gain a chance to win bumper prize money. Amidst it all lie rigorous tasks at hand, brutal eliminations, messy conflicts and chance romances.

Pete The Cat: Season 2 (March 11)

Pete, the cat, and his friends return with their musical adventures and misadventures that humorously explores one's world while encouraging taking chances and trying new things with optimism. The animated series is based on the book series of the same name by the American artist and developed by Jeff "Swampy" Marsh (Phineas and Ferb).

Upload: Season 2 (March 11)

What happens when you start a life afresh, and yet not so fresh, after your death? Ask Nathan (Robbie Amell), who deals with the joys and repercussions of his mortal life being 'uploaded' to a luxurious afterlife of his choice. The glitch? While he does seem to find some pros, especially through his blooming dynamic with his still-alive handler, he continues to feel heavily dominated by his possessive girlfriend even in a relatively blissful digital heaven.

Bosch: Season 7 (March 18)

A homicide detective in the Hollywood Division of the LA Police Department, Harry Bosch (Titus Welliver) investigates suspicious deaths and seeks to search for the truth and serve justice even in the murkiest of cases involving the rich, powerful and corrupt.

Deep Water (March 18)

Directed by Adrian Lyne, the erotic thriller is based on Patricia Highsmith's novel of the same name. Starring Ben Affleck and Ana De Armas, the film revolves around a married couple trying to navigate an open marriage in order to avoid a separation. The twisted alleys of their dynamic start coming to light after a mysterious disappearance.

Lizzo's Watch Out For The Bigg Grrrls (March 25)

The Grammy Award-winning artist Lizzo sets out on a hunt for plus-size dancers in her new reality show. 10 contestants enter the Big Grrrls House to vie for an opportunity to become members of the superstar's backup dancing team as she tests their confidence, talent and love for self.

Luxe Listings: Season 2 (March 31)

Four agents in the Sydney property market – Gavin Rubinstein, D'Leanne Lewis and Simon Cohen, and new addition Monika Tu – negotiate, hustle and crack multi-million-dollar deals in all their glitter, glory and drama.

International Movies:

No Time To Die (March 4)

(Eng, Hin, Tam, Tel, Mal, Kan)

The 25th film in the iconic James Bond series, and Daniel Craig's final one as the titular character, the Cary Joji Fukunaga film traces Bond after he has left active service. His break is cut short, however, after an old pal from the CIA reaches out to him, seeking help. This leads him to a search for a dangerous villain whose biggest, most destructive power lies in technology.

The Addams Family 2 (March 8)

A sequel of the 2019 animated film, The Addams Family, the film follows the Addams as they land in one misadventure after the other during a road trip meant for family bonding. Directed by Greg Tiernan and Conrad Vernon, the black comedy features the voices of Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloë Grace Moretz, Nick Kroll and Snoop Dogg, among others.

Moonshot (March 25)

Directed by Christopher Winterbauer and written by Max Taxe, the sci-fi rom-com is set in the future where two college students find their way to Mars in an attempt to reunite with their respective partners, who are now settled there. The film stars Lana Condor, Cole Sprouse, Emily Rudd and Mason Gooding.

LA Confidential (1997)

The neo-noir crime film, directed, produced and co-written by Curtis Hanson, revolved around a group of police officers in 1953, Los Angeles. As corruption grew in those times, three specialists from the police force investigated a series of murders that ultimately lead them to several well-kept secrets within their own department.

As We See It (2022-)

Inclusive, powerful and empathetic in its lens, the series captures a group of flatmates on the autism spectrum who navigate love, life, careers and relationships in a confusing, complex world that constantly others them. Created by Jason Katims, it stars Sue Ann Pien, Rick Glassman and Albert Rutecki in pivotal roles.

Hidden Gems:

Pan's Labyrinth (2006)

The Academy Award winning Spanish-Mexican film, written and directed by Guillermo Del Toro, was set in Francoist Spain in 1944. Taking a dive into the intersecting worlds of myth and reality, it revolves around a 10-year-old girl who, after moving to her stepfather's house, enters a fantasy world where she finds out that she's a princess. In order to regain her kingdom, however, she needs to complete three tasks.

Blow The Man Down (2020)

Written and directed by Bridget Savage Cole and Danielle Krudy, the black comedy thriller follows two sisters (Sophie Lowe and Morgan Saylor), who set out to cover a fateful encounter with a dangerous man. In an attempt to hide their crime, they must come face-to-face with their quaint hometown's darkest of truths.
