Streaming platforms are notorious for their lack of transparency, allowing them to quote numbers that are tough to verify. Ormax Media, a media consulting firm, however, has been tracking viewership figures of the top releases across major platforms.

Here’s a list of the most-viewed shows and movies from the Indian streaming space during the week of July 3rd to July 9th, 2023. The numbers are estimates based only within India. This list does not include any streaming releases from the South.

1. The Night Manager Part 2 - Disney+ Hotstar

Views (million): 7.2

Based on John Le Carre's book of the same name, the second part of the thriller series starring Aditya Roy Kapur, Tillotama Shome and Shobhita Dhulipala follows the night manager of a hotel infiltrating an arms dealers' operations.

Views (million): 6.0
